| Neuralink current’s device has a diameter of 23mm, Thickness: ~8mm, Weight: ~10grams, Electrodes: 1,024 distributed across 64 extremely thin, flexible threads. |
| Positive posibilities: There would be a time when these devices will become so performant and small that implanted on animal’s brains will allow us to translate what they think or sound. |
| Negative posibilities: At some point these will become nano devices and will be used by government states to gain access and control on people’s thoughts and actions. To the extremes where some goverments will decide to have these implanted at birth. |
| Robots assisting humans. E.g. Optimus robot from Tesla which is currently in testing and development. |
| Positive posibilities: all dirty jobs to humans will be done by robots – from picking rubbish, robot assisting an old person who can’t walk properly to companions for teens and old humans. |
| Negative posibilities: bad people will use these robots for stealing, black market, “money” laundering, trafficking and any other illegal activities they may think of. |
